But only in the form of the bad photocopy you see! I've told her the original must be in her house somewhere, but she doesn't know where... Hopefully one day I can see a high quality version! To be honest, most of the other photos of my family members I found uploaded by other users on Ancestry and Family Search. Collaboration is invaluable in genealogy!!
Such an interesting parallel and so many unanswered questions--many of which will likely never be answered--like how much Frederick knew about William and his grandchildren's lives and why he didn't intervene--if not for the sake of William, for the sake of his grandchildren.
Such an interesting parallel - possibly a common one. As adults we choose a path that may be independent of those before us, but your story is more complex. That little window of knowing William’s early life and a mother might fill the jigsaw puzzle.
